Ingredients:
1.5 liters of water
250 grams of meat sengkel
1 large potato, diced 2 cm
2 carrots sliced 1 cm
6 pieces of green beans, cut into 2 cm
2 pieces of cabbage 2 × 4 cm
1 tomato, cut into 8
2 red onions, thinly sliced
1 clove garlic
pepper
salt
nutmeg
fried onions
How to make:
Boil the meat until tender sengkel and diced 1 1/2 cm.
Enter the tomatoes, carrots and potatoes until tender.
Enter the string beans and cabbage.
Saute onion and white, and then insert it into the soup.
Add instant bouillon, salt, pepper, and grated nutmeg.
Serve with a sprinkling of fried onions.
