Ingredients:
8 pieces of chicken wings
1 tablespoon tamarind water
2 teaspoons salt
1 teaspoon of lime jerruk
200 ml of water
50 ml soy sauce
2 tablespoons cooking oil
Spices:
5 red chilies
8 red onions
2 cloves garlic
4 items hazelnut
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1/2 teaspoon salt
How to make:
Marinate chicken with tamarind water, lime juice and salt for 15 minutes.
Stir fry ground spices until done.
Add chicken and stir until it changes color. Pour the water and soy sauce, stir until the flavors to infuse.
Grilled chicken and spices in hot coals until fragrant.
Tip: Chicken should be baked before serving. Keep your distance from the chicken that is not too close to the fire so that the chicken does not become black.
