ingredients:
- 150 grams of squid
- 2 ½ tablespoons cornflour
- 2 teaspoons of royal custard
- 2 eggs
- ¼ tablespoon of salt
- 2 red pepper seeds finely stoned
- 4 leeks
- Seasonings flavors, pepper, sesame oil, cooking oil (to taste)
How to Treat:
Clean squid and cut lengthwise
Sati Mix flour, custard, eggs, pepper, and flavorings. Stir well, then put pieces of squid and stir until blended.
Heat cooking oil, try not too hot, then fry the squid one by one. Let the low heat while inverted.
